Day-To-Day Itinerary

Day 01: TBA - Shanghai
Upon arrival in Shanghai, our local guide will meet you and escort you to your hotel. Shanghai is the largest and most prosperous metropolis in China and known as the "Paris of the East".
Balance of the day is at leisure.

Day 02: Shanghai (B+L)
After breakfast, you will tour the elegant classic Chinese garden: the Yu Yuan Garden. Yu Yuan Garden has quite a few scenic courtyards dotted with baroque rockery, pools and flora, all connected by corridors and passageways and cultural relics. Then proceed to Oriental Pearl TV Tower. After lunch, you will visit the Bund, where the great foreign commercial houses and banks built their imposing office buildings before 1930s.
If time permits, you also have a chance to visit the famous Nanjing Road among crowds.

Day 03: Shanghai - TBA (B)
The tour guide will transfer you to the airport and help you board the plane to next destination.

Three hours Huangpu River Cruise
When the lower section of the Huangpu River, which rises from the Taihu Lake, flows through the city of Shanghai for 39km, its water surface extends as wide as 400 metres. A cruise on the river involves a 60-km-long round trip, which runs past some of the major landmarks of shanghai as a port city. (Tips: You will be picked up at your hotel and transferred to Huangpu River for a 3 hour cruise then transferred back to hotel. Show, cock tail, meals, dim-sun and drinks are to be served on the ship.)

Whole day excursion to Suzhou (100km away from Shanghai)
In the morning, you will take a soft train to Suzhou, which takes us about one hour's driving. Upon arrival, you go to the gorgeous classic Chinese garden: Humble Administrator's Garden, which is regarded as the greatest garden of all southern Chinese gardens. After lunch, you proceed to Tiger Hill Park. The Tiger Hill Pagoda in the park is the landmark of Suzhou city which was built from 959 to 961 during the Song dynasty. Ascending the hill, you will find a great number of places of interest, some of which have a long history. Then you take a soft train back to Shanghai.

Whole day excursion to Zhouzhuang Water Town (80km away from Shanghai or 30km away from Suzhou)
In the morning, drive to Zhouzhuang, one of the most famous water townships in China. Visit Shen Family Residence, Zhang Family Residence and Mi Tower as well as cruise the small river through the village. Drive back to Shanghai afterwards (about 2 and half hours drive).

Zhouzhuang: Famed as "No.1 water village in China", with 900-year-old history, Zhouzhuang is an ancient town renowned for its colorful culture and customs, the well preserved and typical ancient architecture and the spectacular scenery. Nearly 100 old houses and over 60 carved-brick arches have remained unchanged through the past 500 years.
